FAQ (The most important information)

Are your products ready to ship when I order them? No. I don't carry any inventory for online orders thus all products are made to order.

 

What is your turnaround time? That depends greatly on the time of year. For faster turnaround times I recommend ordering Jan-Mar, June-July. Orders placed April-May and Aug-Dec take longer due to an influx (both wholesale and retail) of Mother's Day and Holiday ordering.

 

Do you have a storefront I can visit to shop in person? Yes! You can find us within Riverside Collective in Saxapahaw, NC. I am a cofounder alongside 4 other artists who operate our studios within and sell our work in our front retail space.*

 

 

Can we find all your products in your retail space? Nope. You'll find a smaller selection of the better selling products and will usually find limited edition products, or colors, that are only available in person and not on the website!

 

Do you offer payment plans? Yes! I use Shop Pay Installments on the website that offers flexible payment plans which is awesome when you need that perfect bag for an upcoming trip but can't justify paying all at once for it.

 

Do you ever do art fairs, festivals, or markets? Yes, but only a select few. You can find out about upcoming markets by following along on Instagram.

 

Do you sell wholesale? Yes! Wholesale is my bread and butter and you can find me in multiple stores in all 50 states and 4 other countries. If you're a shop or know of a shop wholesale ordering can be done through my profile on Faire: Wholesale.

 

Do you do custom orders or repairs? On a case by case basis and depending on my work load. Best times to pitch custom requests are Jan-Mar and June-Jul.

 

Are your products guaranteed? Yes! I offer a lifetime guarantee on all my products which includes free repairs for straps, stitching and hardware but does not include leather stains or rips.
